Adoption update

One of the hardest bits of last week was that we had a call from the social worker last week and i have failed my medical so they will not take us any further.

We are both really upset and confused and are really struggling to understand why and can't imagine life without kids.

but we continue to trust that God knows best and keep trying to trust that his ways are best. we believe that as psalm 138 says:

The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me;

and we know that God has plans for us and that his ways are perfect:

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29 v 1)

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him who have been called according to his purpose. (Romans 8 v 28)

and that despite all the hurt, trials and struggles. he loves and cares for us and has give us more than we can ever imagine:

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

so we keep going and praying and taking a day at a time with lots of tears but a hope that keeps us going.

thanks for all your prayers and encouragements.
