we had our offer rejected on the first house and are doing a mamouth 8 houses today.
house 1 - NO way
house 2 - ok - we would knock 2 supporting walls down and make a big kitchen dining room rather than a kitchen, utility room and dining room
house 3 = offer in at top budget but rejected - we just can't afford it.
house 4 = lovely, needs LOADS And Loads of work and would be a lifetime house = offer in at nearly top budget - and are waiting to hear.
house 5 - need loads of work and too big - 3 reception room, a conservatory and a kitchen which would have to be extended. - geraint likes.
just off to see house 6, 7 and 8.!
