not that i am complaining

but..

house hunting is hard work

it takes ages to sort out what to view and when to book viewings and trying to fit it around work and life and geraints shifts and deciding how much is realistic and what we can really afford and is it better to compromise on area or house, is it right to consider gazumping someone......

on it goes - and we are only on day 1 of proper looking

and i thought estate agents would be lovely - they just tell you to look on right move - what a waste of time - i knew to do that but i want them to take the hard work out of it for me

now i know why people go on these property programs.
