today i made apple and raisen chutney - smells yummy although i wonder if it is abit accidic - we will wait and see what it like in a few weeks.
off to meet geraint from work to get more plums as i now have orders for more jam!
mum sent me a jelly bag and found a lovely recipee for apple jelly and a plum sauce so will also get to work on them once i have sauced jam jars :)

Is there a Lakeland anywhere near you? they do jam jars and lids, in fact all the paraphernalia involved in jam making, alternatively they have a website to order direct.
