A new blog i have been reading - apple & Spice - informs me that it is cupcake week.

well i don't need much encouragement to make cake and have cake. my biggest trouble is choosing which one!!! - what would your favourite be?

last week we had choclate fudge cake and delias 4 lb of aples apple pie - very yummy - sorry the camera was out of battery.

i think it is going to be hummingbird..  i will blog the sucess or failure when i'm done!
